1. Admission & Application Admission is confirmed upon submission of the application form and full advance payment for the selected program or duration. A one-on-one consultation with our head teacher is mandatory to assess individual needs and program suitability. Applicants must disclose any health conditions or injuries during the consultation. 2. Health & Physical Limitations Those with physical limitations may be asked to attend 3–5 individual sessions before joining group classes. Participants with health conditions will receive periodic (bi-monthly) check-ins for monitoring and adjustments. 3. Class Rules Dress Code: Wear suitable workout clothes (t-shirt with track pants or shorts), bring a personal napkin, and optionally your own mat. Punctuality: Classes start on time. Entry allowed only within 20 minutes of the start. Illness: Inform your instructor before class if you’re unwell. Phones: Keep all electronic devices on silent during class. 4. Fees & Payments All fees are payable in advance. Payments can be made for 3, 6, or 12 months, or for the entire course duration. Monthly billing starts from your enrollment date, and invoices are sent via email. A late fee applies for payments made more than 5 days after the due date. Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any changes in fee structure will be informed in advance. If you wish to discontinue, inform us by phone or in writing. 5. Holidays & Class Cancellations Official holidays: 2 days for Ganpati, 4 days for Diwali, and 3 days for other festivals. Any additional holidays or changes will be communicated through the official WhatsApp group. 6. Missed Classes If you miss classes due to illness and inform your instructor in advance, up to 8 missed days can be carried forward to the next month. 7. General Conditions Class timings, instructors, or batches may change if required. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk; please inform your instructor of any health concerns. The institute is not responsible for injuries or damages unless due to proven negligence. These terms may be updated occasionally, with prior notice to active participants.
